Como nos han acostumbrado la gente de Mozilla ya es posible la descarga del nuevo Firefox 2.0.0.4 desde su FTP si no te puedes esperar a que te lo actualice automaticamente ya lo puedes descargar.

Uno de los problemas que encontre en mi Ubuntu Feisty fue que no podia instalar Flash Player en Firefox porque tengo procesador 64 bits, asi que buscando encontre la solucion en los foros de Ubuntu y te la resumire para que soluciones si tienes el mismo problema.

La solucion es instalar Swiftfox es el mismo Firefox 2.0 que ya conocemos, pero compilado con optimizaciones especiales para microprocesadores “intel” y “amd”.

Instalacion

1. Lo tienes que bajar de aqui.
2. Abres una terminal.
3. Luego tecleas  sudo sh install-swiftfox.sh
4. Y listo ya tienes en el menu aplicaciones, internet, Swiftfox.

El dia de ayer recibi los Cd´s de Ubuntu 7.04 y me decidi a instalarlo de una vez en mi Latitud D620 la version anterior no me funciono de un solo habia que instalarle los drivers 915, para mi Aceleradora Grafica Intel, asi que empece con incertidumbre haber si solucionaron el problema y si lo solucionaron asi que decidi seguir con la instalacion y al ver en el menu de preferencias en la opcion de desktop decia habilitar efectos y para mi sorpresa tenia una serie minima de efectos Beryl sin que tener que instalarle nada, pero yo queria mas asi que le instale Beryl completo y sin ningun problema en un par de simples paso, me gusta mucho como se va desarrollando Ubuntu y para los que no lo han probado le animo a que se lo bajen y lo instalen que no tendran nada que envidiarle a Vista.

Ultimamente no he tenido tiempo para postear por el mucho trabajo que he tenido en la oficina y si a eso le agregamos que Dreamhost, se esta portanto muy mal ultimamente, que mas podria pasar.

Bueno asi que me dare a la tarea de buscar un hosting mas decente que Dreamhos que con unas 15,000 visitas que generas todos mis sitios ya no aguante  no puedo creerlo, tons DreamHost es solo para sitios con menos de 5,00 visitas diarias, no puedo creer.

Asi que probare HostGator que me lo han recomendado para poder balancear las cargas y no dejar todo en un solo hosting, alguien tiene algun comentario de  HostGator ????
